RotterFemme is Miss The Tease’s burlesque programme in Rotterdam. Classes and workshops are open to women who want to try something new, with no previous dance experience needed.
We work with movement, music, gesture and presence. You do not need to arrive knowing how to dance. We start with the basics.

Choose your

Start with a seasonal cycle, join a single class or bring the experience to your own group. Current dates, locations and booking are published through Luma.
Single Classes
Join one Autumn date and try a module such as Chair Flow or gloves.

Annual membership gives access to €20 single classes and the €72 four-class cycle, priority booking, practice sessions, member-only workshops and performance opportunities. Membership costs €95 and requires Luma approval.

A private burlesque experience for birthdays, bachelorettes, community groups, cultural venues and celebrations.
Bring the tease to your own room: playful, beginner-friendly and shaped around the atmosphere you want to create.
Tell us your preferred date, group size, location and occasion. We can help shape the right format for your group.

05 / Practical details
Before your
first class.
No. Classes start from zero and cover movement, posture, the burlesque walk and stage presence.
Sessions combine movement, musicality, gesture, storytelling and choreography. Some modules also explore chair work, gloves or other performance details.
No. Classes are fully clothed and focus on movement, storytelling and stage presence. Burlesque lives in suggestion, not exposure.
Wear something comfortable that lets you move and makes you feel good. Heels are welcome but never required.
Classes are for adults aged 18 and over who identify as women. We welcome every body, background and experience level.
Each session runs for 1.5 hours, from 19:00 to 20:30.
